Severe Acne I have no more options.
For about 3 years now i've had cystic acne. It now dominates my forhead, cheeks (very badly), my nose and some of my chin. The cheeks are the worst - as they have dark red and light dots mixed in with the inflamation of where i've past burst them or had them injected.
3 years, tried every single thing i can think of. Was on Roaccitane for a year (wen't to a dermatologist and he prescribed them, it dried my skin up a peach but did nothing to help the acne). He then said he'd ask a surgeon to see if they can get a laSer surgery op on my face, but was informed as it isn't life threatening - they can't do it on the NHS.
Doubt we can afford to go private, so just wondered if anyone had any advice of what i can do?
I have a lovely girlfriend, and general school life isn't bad (i'm almost 17) - but it's the point in which i want to feel confident, i love drama and performing music but don't have the courage.
