Retin A don't work for my acne

I am 38 years old and began suffering from acne about 6 months ago. I went to the dermatologist and he prescribed retin a (.05). I have been using the retin a about 2 months and my face is still breaking out maybe even a little worse. I use the retin a once per night about 20 minutes after I shower. I also mix the retin a with half part biomedic conditioning gel. My face has not experience any drying or peeling that other talk about. Also i know that is not recommended using retin a in summer.

Retin A effective.

The worse the acne was to start with the longer it will take, might need to hang in there for another couple of months. It will be more effective used twice per day and if you need it for acne control.
If you use it during the summer i recommend you to wear sunblock to avoid sunburns.
