My Acne Diet

I used to have moderate acne.I tried lots of things: Proactiv, natural soaps,antibiotics, creams, but none worked for me.I tried practically everything over-the-counter products.
I then started changing my diet: i removed milk and sugar and added vegetables,fruits and fish oil rich in omega-3, omega-6, EPA and DHA fatty acids,into my diet.
I began to see improvement within 5 weeks and in six months all my acne were gone.
