I’ve been using Flax Seed Oil for about 6 months now and I’ve noticed that I have a lot less cystic acne since then. I know it is working for me.Also, my pores are not as clogged.Liquid definitely absorbs better than capsules and is usually fresher (check pressed date). I love the taste and odor of flaxseed oil. I stopped taking antibiotics and topicals last year.
