Lemon juice for dark spots

by Nelly

To lighten dark spots on the face and brighten a dull
complexion squeeze the juice of one lemon into a small jar. Once daily,
apply the juice using a cotton ball, leave on for about ten minutes and
rinse with cool water. The juice may be stored in a small, tightly sealed
jar for about three days in the refrigerator, after which a new lemon
should be squeezed.Lemon juice is a natural skin lightener AND it smells
clean,yummy and fresh!.
I also suggest:
* Drink a glass of water with lemon juice and honey in early morning.
* Put on sunscreen when going outside. Wash your face with lemons every night.
* Lemon juice is an acid. Depending on your skin type, it may react with the sun to cause blisters. If it does, dilute the lemon juice with an equal amount of water, and always wash it off afterwards.
* Watch out for your eyes!
* Do not go in the sun while there is lemon juice on your skin.

Lemon oil is astringent and detoxifying and is therefore great for blemishes associated with oily skin. Lemon oil also has rejuvenating properties and will brighten dull skin.
