Keloid scars treatment

I have a large kelloid scar on my elbow, also i have had some spots on my front
and back which have developed into small keloid scars. Finally i have an area
on my neck that is prone to spots (i use daily cream to keep them stable) but i
have noticed that i have a couple of small keloid scars on there as well.
Do you think any creams of treatments could work for me?
