Fraxel laser and scarring.

I am a 41 yr old female with long standing cystic nodular acne; with residual scarring; hypertrophic, ice pick.
I have a crape like skin appearance, dry and aging wrinkles. I decided to do Fraxel Laser.
I have had 4 treatments with some improvement in overall texture as well as some reduction in acne scarring.
