Fraxel for old scars

Hi! I am 20 years old. I had my 3rd (and last) fraxel treatment in April. About a month ago she started breaking out again very badly with moderate acne mostly confined to her chin and sides of cheeks. I apply Solydin and topical benzecline/mynicycline. I developed some acne scars from three years earlier. Fraxel was done to help erase the old scars and it did help a lot.
