Epsom salts has many uses For skin it is a great exfoliator useful to remove dead skin cells and promote circulation.
I use epsom salt for fresh acne scars. It work!It's made my skin healthier overall. I put a handful of salt in my face wash every day, you want to make it like a scrub.
Epsom salts are named for the mineral rich waters of Epsom, England, where they were known at least as far back as Shakespeare’s day. When bathing, the magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) is absorbed through the skin and is an inexpensive and natural way to reduce stress, treat skin problems, and draw toxins from the body.
For facial acne, use a tablespoon of Epsom Salt for every two cups of warm water. Apply solution to face with a soft cloth, rinse and pat dry. Keep solution away from eyes.
