Acne scars and silicone filler

About 15 years ago I had silicone filler injected in my cheek to help a acne scar. I have now developed 2 lumps on my cheek in the area where I was injected. I went to a plastic surgeon and he said steroid injections may help but would have to wait beacuse I just finished a course of accutane.
