Acne Marks

I'm a 20-year-old famale, and I have marks on my face from acne. Will the acne marks eventually disappear or will became scars?

The marks will fade in four to six months after an acne outbreak. The skin goes through its healing and remodeling process, which takes approximately 6-12 months.The macule is not a scar and is not permanent. In a dark-skinned person, the macule may appear as a darker patch on the skin.
