Homemade Acne treatment?

In this page i offer the following advice based upon my personal experience about "homemade acne treatment".

1) Baking soda:

You will need 1 tbsp. baking soda, 1 tbsp. water.

Mix together ingredients and apply on face allowing it to sit for 15 minutes before rinsing it with warm water.

Baking Soda is very cheap and one box will last you a very long time.

You can also use baking soda as an exfoliator:be careful when applying it to your face, since it is a very effective scrub. Massage the baking soda into your skin for ten to fifteen seconds and rinse. Your face is now clear of the surface cells that will cause many acne spots!

2)Facial mask:a great effective facial mask for acne is made from honey and apples.

Spread the mixture over the face and leave for fifteen minutes. Rinse well with barely warm water.

3)Dilute organic apple cider vinegar. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is an effective natural bacteria-fighting agent that contains many vital minerals and trace elements such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, chlorine, sodium, sulfur, copper, iron, silicon and fluorine.

Use about 1 part vin to 10 parts water. Apply the solution directly to your skin with cotton; leave it there for ten minutes; then rinse off the vinegar.

It is an effective natural agent that cures acne by killing the bacteria and balancing our skin's pH level (which is a measure of acidity). It also absorbs excessive oil from the skin, which is a leading cause of acne.

* Repeat this three times a day. For severe cases of acne, the solution can be used overnight without rinsing and the water ratio can also be reduced to 2 or 3 parts per one part of vinegar.
