70 Lactic Acid

70 Lactic Acid Peel works mainly on the skin's surface and it can be very effective to improve your skin texture and pigmentation irregularities.

Lactic acid is said to be less harsh and more moisturizing than Glycolic Acid skin peels.
It is one of the Alpha Hydroxy acids (fruit acids), naturally occurring substances found in a variety of fruits, such as grapes, apples and sugar cane.
Other fruit acids are Citric, Malic, Glycolic and Pyruvic Acids.

Lactic acid works as an exfoliating agent because of its high acidity but easy solubility. It simply destroys the "glue" that holds dead skin to the surface and the result is an improved skin surface and a more youthful appearance.

Lactic Acid has also been found to be beneficial in improving dry skin, treating age spots, improving oily and acne prone skin, and decreasing fine lines and wrinkles.

Depending on the strength of the peel, you may feel a slight tingling or the mild sting of sunburn. Flaking may occur several days following the peel as the damaged skin is freed and new, unblemished skin cells rise to the surface.

70 Lactic Acid is a Deep Peel for experienced peel users only and allow to achieve amazing skin improvements. This item is excellent for persons of African descen to improve dramatically the skin!

Personally, I decided to try 70 Lactic Acid.
My skin is pretty much primed for high potency peels. I would recommend leaving this peel on for 2 minutes. It is very strong and you need to make sure to remove all of the product once rinsing your face. A solution of ice water and baking soda is great to neutralize the acid.

The results are visible on fresh and old mild scars, and on hyperpigmentation spots. The final result was a remarkable erasure of the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks from acne scarring. I can also see smooth textured, reduced pores and radiant skin!
I would highly recommend this product.
I also tend to break out on a continual basis, worsening during my menstrual cycles, including cystic acne. I rarely form blackheads at all now that I use this product regularly, which means nothing blocking/clogging my pores. In fact, although pores do not actually shrink, my formerly large-appearing pores are less pronounced and look smaller to me.

Caution: Use of products containing 70 Lactic Acid can cause injury or burns to the skin. You must follow directions very carefully. Always perform a patch test in an inconspicious area and wait 24 hours to observe signs of irritation before using any product. Do not leave on longer than the directions state and consult your Physician if you have any questions regarding the use of a product. Avoid contact with eyes and lips. Do not rub into skin. If contact occurs in eye, rinse thoroughly with water. Always use a sunscreen of SPF 15or greater when on a Lactic treatment program. If excessive irritation occurs, rinse off immediately.
